The Burn is a HIIT style workout with a blend of Yoga for active recovery. The intention behind these classes is simple...results!! Class always warms up with low impact and then options to add higher impact. I cant stress this enough... LISTEN to your body. If calorie burn is your main focus then your goal is to get your heart rate up to the point where saying a full sentence (or 85% or above if you have a heart rate monitor) some days you can get there without even jumping.
If your intention is more focused on toning and defining then sticking with low impact and feeling the burrrrrrrn will get you there stat!
