We all have habits and patterns that we wish were different. This is such a beautiful class with deep work with an opportunity to invite the higher self to acknowledge the Samskaras (patterns) that don’t serve our highest purpose. Somehow we’ve been taught that we are crazy if we have conversations in our head and I wanted to give you an opportunity to “dislodge” some of the thought patterns that are no longer necessary.
