So often we can see challenging situations or people as a negative thing and it is much easier to suppress the emotion rather than process it. The intention of this flow is to remember that these "opportunities" will show up until we allow ourselves to to receive the growth. I invite you to open yourself up to peel back some layers and release an emotion or feeling that you have been avoiding.
