As humans in our culture, we are taught to “stop crying” or “be tough” etc. etc. and have forgotten that our body keeps score by storing significant emotional events deep inside… which fogs the flow of our energy. This can look like holding us back from our true hearts desire.
So, let's shake it off and channel our inner wild animal.
