30 Day Challenge - Sweat 5 Consecutive Days and enjoy your off days to rest!

This program was strategically sequenced to give your body enough challenge to grow with different targets on different days, I love alternating between Sculpt, Flow & Burn and I think your body will LOVE the balance too! If you're just starting out this is the perfect recipe for strength and recovery so your results keep coming but you know your body BEST so feel free to hop around and curate your own schedule!

The days are numbered in order but dont forget to gift yourself off days to rejuvenate, meditate and soak in some time outdoors!
